Just after you won the auction, an email with checkout procedure will be sent to your eBay registered email address. All payments must go through Ebay and Paypal to be fullfiled.
We only accept the PayPal payment methods.
Payments are expected within 5 days after the last winning auction is closed. Unpaid item (UPI) complaint will be filed with Ebay upon non-receipt of payment.

Every new product have a one-year warranty, and for second-hands 3 to 6 months (just contact us for any details).
You can order a 3 years warranty extension for almost all of our products, just look at it on our store.

The warranty only cover products with no damages due to a bad utilization of the product have to be in a decent condition (physical damage, dropping, spillage, electric shock, etc). For the dead pixels on LCD screens, the warranty is covered from a number of pixels determined by the manufacturer. Check his website to know this number.
Please note that Direct from Japan may, at its discretion, repair or replace a faulty unit depending of the damages. To return us a product, just contact our customer and we take everything in charge!
The buyer is in charge of all shipping fees.
All of our products are shipped fully insured by EMS Express service from Japan. The buyer have to sign for merchandise upon delivery and international buyers are fully responsible for all customs duties and fees. If you purchase an item as a gift, please inform us as we want to help you.
