Shipping:
We only use large national next day delivery* couriers such as CityLink, Fastway, Royal Mail etc. For sending our goods quickly and safely right to your doorstep.
Any item will be shipped within 48 hours of us receiving cleared payment** or sooner. You will be informed of the date of dispatch via eBay.
Occasionally a payment gos astray in PayPal, if you have not received any confirmation of dispatch within 48hours of sending your payment, please send us a message reporting this to get your order chased up and a reply back to you explaining why.
If you receive your dispatch notification, and within 24hours have not recieved your item or any notification from the courier, ensure you email us immediatly so we can provide you with the tracking information. Once you have your tracking information you will need to get in contact with the courier yourself.
When you receive your item please ensure you check the item before signing, as once the package is signed for insurance renumeration is much harder to achieve.

Returns:
If for some reason when you receive your item you have a problem with it, please send a message to us via eBay ASAP so that we can rectify the issue for you as soon as possible. Warranties are dealt with a return to base policy, if we are made aware of the problem within the warranty period, we guarantee to repair or replace in the first instance, or if we are unable to do either we will refund you. If you are returning the item please ensure the item is packed correctly and with everything it was sent with, plus a short note and the reference number. If you send an item back to us with no clear information we will hold the item for 5 working days before disposing of it, and any replacement or refund will be void. The item will need to be returned within 5 working days after receipt of delivery. In the event of the item being returned in a working condition an error/fault being through user error both the return and the initial postage cost will the buyers sole responibility. The return postage in all cases will remain the buyers sole responsibility,

The only way to contact us is via eBay message,  we do not reply to e-mail. When sending a message with a question referring to your order please ensure you send the message from the actual "contact seller" link in the listing, otherwise we will not be able to chase your order efficiently. Abusive language will not be tolerated or responded to, and will be reported to eBay.

We are not open on sundays or bank holidays, (that's when we count our money).

* - Please note if you are off the UK mainland your item will be shipped with Royal Mail, it's possible an extra charge may be incurred, this will take 2-4 days. The next day courier service excludes weekends and bank holidays. We cannot provide timed delivies or Saturday delivies.
