4. If you are unhappy with the goods at any time within 14 days of the receipt of the goods, we will accept a return , only provided the goods are un-used and in thier original packing. Please return the goods under authorisation only.

If we are unable to resolve , then we may require you to return the goods to us with the packing in tact. In this case we will pay for the postage. We reserve the right to provide you a suitable replacement or a refund at our discretion.
