In good working order.

 Currently locked to Vodafone can be unlocked to another network at your local mobile phone shop

 Charger and software cd have been lost but they can be purchased on ebay for less than a fiver

 Usual wear and tear and has a crack in the key pad around the navigation button, which is a common fault on these phones but does not affect the function of the phone at all.
