Postage
OPTION 1 - Royal Mail 2nd Class (3 - 5 working days)

(We will not be responsible for the lost or the damage of the item once the item has been passed to Royal Mail. You accept the risk associated with the posting and transit of the item Guarantee Fast shipment to ensure fast arrival)
If you select option 1 or 2 we will not be responsible for the lost or the damage of the item once the item has been passed to Royal Mail. You accept the risk associated with the posting and transit of the item Guarantee Fast shipment to ensure fast arrival. Unless you choose shipping insurance and you will be covered.
Option 3 - Royal Mail Recorded Sign-For (1 - 3 working days) We recommend

Order placed on Friday will normally be shipped on Saturday but this is not a guaranted. Orders placed over Weekend will be shipped on Monday.
We only ship the item to the address listed in your Paypal payment. Please make sure you have provided us with the correct and full address.
Please do not send separate email asking us to send the item to a different address than shown at eBay/Paypal. We will not entertain it. If you want us to send to a different address, please change the address at eBay and Paypal manually yourself.
Please contact us within 15 days from dispatched if you don't receive our item[s]. Otherwise, we would consider that the item[s] has been received. However please try and allow some extra time as post does get delayed time to time with royal mails regular postal strikes.
Please feel free to e-mail us any question with your eBay ID & item(s) number. Normally be answered within 24 hours. If you don't hear anything back from us, please make sure your e-mail account does not reject any incoming message. Also, check your Junk Mail or Bulk Mail Folder.
Policy
Buyer is responsible for all return charges and we are responsible charges incurred in returning the goods.
If the returned item is not faulty, buyer also have to pay for the shipping and handling fees for returning the goods.
By bidding on our auction, we will assume that bidder had accepted our full terms & conditions.
Exchange or replacement
Exchange or replacement is allowed as long as you inform us your intention within 5 days of item arrival. You have to send the item back in its actual condition. Exchange or replacement will be issued subject to the reduction of reasonable administration fees. In certain circumstances, exchange or replacement will be free. If for any reason you need to return your item back to us send it to the address below

Payment
For UK buyer : I accept Paypal, Postal Orders
For International buyer : I accept Pay Pal only . ( Pound Sterling , Euros , Australian Dollar , Yen and US Dollar.)
Discount will be given for any combined shipments.
Buyer is expected to pay within 2 days from the ending date of the auction.
Failure to do this will enable me to relist the item and report the buyer as non-paying buyer.
HIGH P&P ? Item is sold at cost.
We include our expenses, tax, etc in the P&P.
Feedback
We will leave your positive feedback for prompt payment and smooth transaction. Feedback will be left automatically by our system after 48 hours.
If you leave me feedback early, We will leave it for you personally within 24hours. If you have a problem with an item you have purchased, then please contact us before leaving us feedback. Problems can be rectified quickly and easily by our customer’s services team.
Leaving negative feedback is not the way to resolve and issue. If negative feedback is left without any contact then we will also do the same for the customer
Refund
Refund is allowed as long as you inform us your intention within 5 days of item arrival. You have to send the item back in its actual condition.
Refund will be issued subject to the reduction of reasonable administration fees.
Other
Generic / Non-Original product will carry no warranty. Any manufacturing fault has to be reported within 5 days and it shall be exchanged / replaced in accordance to our exchange policy
Please don't bid if you can't pay within 2 days.
