Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque.
For orders shipped within the United Kingdom
Approximate delivery time is 2 to 5 days. 
We offer a discounted shipping rate for multiple orders please combine your order and ebay will do this for you.   
For orders outside the United Kingdom
Approximate delivery time is 5 to 7 days, but can take up to 10 days to arrive, depending on customs.  All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail Airsure as insurance is included.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. 
Item must be returned within: 7 Days of receipt 
Return Policy Details: Items are provided "as listed" when selling via eBay, so please read auction descriptions carefully. Returns should be made within 7 days where items are not as described, this does not however, affect your statutory rights.
