We are a British company, based in the north west. We do NOT ship from outside the UK. All products are shipped from Burnley.

We only supply Genuine & Original phone parts. All items are tested prior to despatch and marked with an invisible marker (so you can't swap your faulty part with ours). As we recycle mobile phones all our stock is 14-day returns (i.e. mobile phones returned to the network within 14 days for cancellation, thats why some items may have the network logo's on them). Other sellers claim that they have tons of original gear but they have no network logo's on them, yeah... probably chinese copies... Some of our items may have tiny scuffs on them, but usually not very noticable, but thats because they are genuine recycled parts. Copy items available on ebay usually come pristine and last for a few months and then stop working.

So where do our items come from?

Thats why all out items are 100% Original. Otherwise it is almost impossible to purchase original spare parts and many items on ebay are not original!!! All our items are 14 day returns (i.e. a customer buys a phone and return to network within 14 days, so our items are usually like new but cannot be sold as new). some items may have small scuff marks etc.. but nothing too drastic otherwise we wont sell them on ebay. We only like for you what we would like for ourselves.

Delivery:
Items are shipped daily. Most UK orders arrive within 24-48 hours of order being placed.

If you order the wrong part and would like an exchange then we will be happy to do so and long as we can have 2 sets of fingerprints and a photocopy of your passport... erm... joke, we dont need the fingerprints or the passport, but would love to help you, just look at our feedback.
