Excellent condition - no damages

 

The R1 is widely considered the best digicam ever produced, and it is certainly one of the most unique and unusual cameras out there. It is dramatically different from any other digicam because of its huge DSLR-sized 10.3MP sensor and excellent Carl Zeiss VARIO-SONNAR T* lens.

This unique camera has all the advantages of a traditional digicam:

  • relatively small weight and size
  • accurate electronic viewfinder and LCD display with live TTL view
  • easy to use
  • almost silent operation
  • absolutely dust-proof, factory sealed body
  • flash sync at pretty much any shutter speed...

And most of the advantages of a DSLR:

  • APS-size big CMOS sensor (21.5 X 14.4mm) for noiseless, detailed images as used by Canon, Nikon and others for their SLR's 
  • 2.5-3 times better dynamic range (shadow detail) than conventional digicams
