All product specifications, images and other information published on our listings have either been made accessible by suppliers, manufacturer's, publications, publicists, or been gathered from public-domain sources. It is our intention at Big-AV to have all information as accurate and as up to date as is possible. However we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information so all customers should be aware it is the responsibility of the individual to ensure they are purchasing the correct product.
Some products may be sold on a to-order basis and therefore may take longer than anticipated due to shortages from manufacturers or circumstances beyond our control. It is your responsibility to check individual stock levels and delivery times prior to making a purchase. This includes items quoting next day delivery. All delivery times quoted are estimates and are subject to couriers fulfilling those estimates. No refunds will be given due to late deliveries. Due to the volume of sales that we process, on Ebay and in our high street store, there maybe a time when stock listed on Ebay could be unavailable as it has already been sold in our store. Although this is rare, it can happen occasionally. Should this happen we will of course offer the option of a full refund, or the option to upgrade to another or similar item if available. Any product suspected to be damaged on arrival MUST be checked before it is signed for. Under no circumstances will we be responsible for return postage costs on any item, this includes all warranty claims.
Before returning any goods, you will need an authorisation code obtained by calling 08000 556209 or 01138 151535, during office hours only please, (10AM-4PM). We will only refund goods if it has been pre-authorised. The refund authorisation will be valid for 14 days. Any goods returned must include the original receipt and also a covering letter explaining the problem, failure to do so WILL incur an admin fee.
If the goods are unwanted for any reason they must be returned at your own expense and risk and WILL be subject to a re-stocking fee. Any goods returned without prior authorisation will be sent back to you and you will be billed accordingly.
When returning goods, you must ensure-
Goods are received as NEW, unused in all of the original packaging complete with ALL accessories. The goods are in a re-sellable condition, any unwanted goods returned that are not in re-sellable condition will be returned to you, at your cost. If accessories are missing you will be refunded minus the cost of said accessories. Here are some examples of such costs:

Remote controls- £42
We will not provide any refund whatsoever on stands or brackets if the original packaging has been opened. No refunds will be given on any special orders. Any free gifts must also be returned.
