Delivery hours for most couriers we use are 08:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday; we are unable to provide you with a specific time of day for the arrival of your item

COLLECTION POLICY: Cash on collection preferred, however if paying via Paypal this will incurr a £3.00 admin fee.

RETURN POLICY:  This item has a 3month return to base warranty. A replacement or refund will only be offered for faulty items or not as described items.  A full refund will be offered including postage if a replacement is not available.  If an item is damaged by yourself it cannot be replaced. All return costs will be at the expense to the buyer. Items will need to be re-packaged in the orginal packaging with all manuals and accessories. If returned items are not packaged correctly resulting in damage in transit and deemed unfit for repair or resale a percentage of the refund will be deducted accordingly.
