Any item that is returned as faulty will be tested and if found to be faulty a full refund will be issued. If however the item is not faulty a return postage fee will be charged.
Items returned that have been purchased in error will be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge. A refund will be given, less 20% and less the initial postage charge.In all cases the purchaser is responsible for return postage charges. Please get in touch before returning any item, as many problems can be rectified via email / telephone. All items must be returned in as supplied condition, with all accessories and packaging. Please note there are no returns accepted for items sold as faulty or for spares or repairs. Such items are always clearly shown in individual listings. |
