We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. 

Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.

Terms and Conditions
Our terms and conditions apply to all transactions on the Ultimate Finish website and are set out below. Please read through these carefully before placing your order and then print a copy for future reference. 



We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. We will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and send you a further email to confirm your order details. Please note that neither email is acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we dispatch the product(s) to you. 


Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified in the Delivery Section. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales. 


All items are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods. 


We try to ensure that the prices quoted are correct and that all products are accurately described on this website. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description or price of goods displayed on this website. If we discover an error in the price or description of goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order based on the correct price or description, or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled. 


We do file details of your order. You may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. 


The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute between us will fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.

Returns Policy
We take a lot of care in the quality of the products that we send to you, and want you to be happy with the service we provide. If you have any questions about your order, or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, then please call our Customer Services team on 0845 838 1200. We are open Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm (excluding Bank Holidays).


Returns
We know that occasionally you may want to return an item, so below are the instructions on how to do so.


 
(1) First, you must have a unique Returns Authorisation Number. To obtain this number please call our Customer Services team on 0845 838 1200. We are open Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm (excluding Bank Holidays).


 
(2) Once you have obtained the number, write it along with your name and address and include the reason why you are returning the product to us. If you have more than one item, please put all items for return into the same parcel and ensure that you include the despatch note. Then post it to us within 14 days of receipt.



Refunds will be credited to your debit/credit card or PayPal account no later than 30 working days after we receive your returned goods.



Returning by post


Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using Royal Mail Registered Post. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that get lost on the way to us.



You will need to pay for the postage of any items you return.

Please note: Returns cannot be accepted without your valid Returns Authorisation Number on the label. A Returns Authorisation Number will only be issued if you contact the Customer Service Team within 14 days of receipt of goods. All items must be returned to us in their original condition with the original packaging. Your statutory rights are not affected.
