• Free delivery is available on orders over the value of £500.00 (Excluding delivery Charge) to mainland England and Wales ( Excluding Scottish Islands, Ireland (North and South), Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Channel Islands)
• Next Day delivery available at extra cost please contact our sales team.
• All products can be delivered usually within 10 working days from receipt of payment.
• We must have your daytime and evening contact telephone numbers to arrange a convenient delivery.
• We will arrange and confirm delivery on your contact phone number. We cannot give exact delivery times. If you require a specific delivery date or time there will be an additional charge.
• We do not carry out deliveries without prior contact and confirmation from the customer
• Deliveries are carried out Monday to Friday. We do not deliver at weekends
• Please check your goods carefully before signing and only sign the delivery note once you are entirely satisfied that the goods are in perfect condition. If delivery note is signed then no claim for damage or faulty goods can be made thereafter.
• All our consignments require a signature on delivery. A card will be delivered if no one is at home to accept the delivery. Please call to the given number on card to re arrange the delivery. Please reply promptly to these given numbers to avoid the consignment being returned to us.
• All deliveries outside our local area are made by 3rd party courier services. It's a one man delivery service and the driver may need your assistance to unload your goods
• Delivery charge as specified on product description to most of England and Wales (excluding CA and TR postcodes)
• Delivery into the London Congestion charging zone will incur an extra charge of £8
  For delivery to Scottish postcodes starting DG, TD, KA, ML, EH, G, FK, KY, an additional £20 will be charged.
• For delivery to Scottish postcodes starting PA, PH, DD, IV, AB, KW an additional £40 will be charged

• Returns can only be accepted within 10 days of receiving the goods. Before returning goods please contact us to confirm that you are returning the item.
• In the unlikely event that you should find that the item which you have bought has been damaged, after unpacking and checking the product you must inform us within 7 days with pictures or written details of the damage. It is at our discretion to replace only the damaged parts or to completely exchange the item. This is done at our expense.
• If products are returned the original delivery cost will not be refunded and there will be an additional charge for collection
• The item must be returned in the original packaging be unused and returned in a safe packaging/manner. Failure to do this will affect your refund as goods will be inspected and a refund could be reduced or refused. Refunds will be made after receipt of returned item.
• If, when your item is delivered there is damage to the outside of the boxes, please do sign the delivery note "damaged packaging & unchecked". Inspect the goods carefully and contact us if there are any problems within 24 hours since we have insurance with our courier companies. Please inform us Immediately, we do not want you to lose out.
