 SMALL TABLE WITH TWO MATCHING STOOLS ORIGINALLY FROM 1940s COUNTRY PUB

Solid oak and well constructed (with screw heads plugged) this set would just about do for dining for two
or provide flexible furniture in a living room - drinks tables, extra seating etc.
In my old house the table had a light on, and the two stools were good for drinks. 
In the summer it was often taken outside for bbqs

They are in good condition - stained dark brown at present.There will be the odd mark in view of their age and wear but nothing obvious.
Because of their simple style they would fit contemporary or period interior.
With the new popularity in black furniture I think they would look stunning stained black.

Table 22.5" diam; 29.5" high

Made for a relative's pub in the 40's I have had them for many years but having downsized they have to go

I have two sets in total: 2 tables and 4 stools.  This auction is for 1 table and 2 stools, if anyone is interested in both please contact me

 Please note if anyone is interested in having the second table and two stools I need to tell you that the 4th stool has a repaired crack on the top, this doesn't affect the structure or function, but is visible. I will e mail photos to anyone who would like to see this
