You are bidding on 1 sq. metre of massive 11.25" wide (286mm) x 3/4" (20mm) thick x 1.8 to 3.5m long  SOLID Character Grade Oak flooring. This product is tongued and grooved on 4 sides and kiln dried to 8% moisture content

It is the classic flooring for old barn conversions and buildings from the 16th to 19th century BUT looks equally impressive in contemporary properties.
