It isn't until the new bellboy at her father's inn, Kai, takes notice of her that she begins to live again. However, just as the pair fall in love, Kai suddenly becomes cold and hateful. As he tries to fight his new nature, a mysterious woman dressed all in white comes to the inn and takes Kai away. Only Gerda believes he is still alive. If no message is received within the 4 days to request additional time to pay, a non payment dispute will be opened, a ‘none payment’ strike will be issued & negative feedback will be left after 8 days. Postage:  Proof of postage is obtained for all parcels sent and we will endeavour to assist as much as possible, should your item be lost by the mail service. However we will not accept responsibility for loss once the item is in the possession of the mail service.  The option for recorded delivery will be available on all listings and will be selectable on your invoice and you may choose this option to significantly reduce the likely-hood of your package disappearing into the royal mail’s equivalent of the ‘Bermuda Triangle’. ~~~~~ Returns: • All items are inspected at the time of listing and dispatch. The condition of all items will be included in the first line of the item description and will be as accurate as possible based on our opinion of the item. The item will be packaged with plenty of protection and sent via Royal Mail as listed. • If you disagree with our opinion of the item when you receive it, then please email or message us to discuss the matter and we will try to come to an amicable solution. • Returns will only be accepted if:  We are contacted within 5 days of dispatch for UK items, 7 days of dispatch for European items and 14 days of dispatch for International items.  The item description does not match the item dispatched/received.  The original item is returned in the condition it was dispatched.
