I do not take responsibilty for Royal Mail loosing or damaging items, i always post my items in a Post Office and i always obtain proof of postage via the form of a receipt, which Royal Mail have said is sufficient. If you are not in when the item is delivered or if the stamp that the Post Office has put on the item falls off in the post, or something equally as ridiculous happens and you get charged it is not my fault!
