None of my hand made products have chemicals or preservatives added during their hand made process (with the exception of cosmetic colour & cosmetic fragrances where applicable). Natural ingredients are used where possible. If in doubt, please ask! None of my items are tested on animals.

Terms and Conditions Payment Methods Our preferred payment method is Paypal but we can accept cheques (which will need to clear) and postal orders by arrangement or credit card payments via telephone. All payments must be made in GBP. Payment must be received within 3-5 days of purchase. We issue unpaid item strikes to non-paying bidders. P&P Charges Etc Non-Receipt of Item etc Our p&p (shipping) charge covers the cost of sending the item including the cost of packaging and packing materials also fuel costs to get your item to a posting office. We operate a recycling policy so you may find bubble wrap etc has been used previously. Postage charges can be combined at 60p per extra item purchased. Postage is first class unless otherwise stated. For recorded delivery please add an additional £1 for each complete order. Please contact us prior to checkout if you would like a different service. For orders over £36, we recommend that you purchase optional postal insurance - details upon request as we cannot take responsibility for loss or damage. Overseas buyers are responsible for any customs charges etc that may be incurred. If, in the unfortunate event your item fails to be delivered, please check with your local sorting office first as postal workers do not always leave a card if they are unable to deliver. Items cannot be classed as ‘missing’ until 14 days have elapsed as per Royal Mail Policy. No replacement or refund will be made before an official claim has been lodged with Royal Mail etc. Delivery Details PLEASE BE AWARE THAT LOTS OF ITEMS ARE HAND MADE TO ORDER! Orders are sent within 2 working days. We aim to dispatch on the next working day (public holidays, strike etc exempt). Order are sent to the address provided with your payment unless otherwise requested. Returns We can only accept returns if the item is faulty at time of purchase - hand made to order items, cosmetics, essential oils & aromatherapy items etc and jewellery are included in this policy for hygiene reasons. Please check your order thoroughly on receipt. Damages, faults and short falls must be reported immediately or a maximum of 7 days of receipt (14 days for overseas buyers). After this time we will not consider exchange or replacement etc. It is essential you contact us before returning any item and you must include your name, ebay ID, date of purchase and reason for return in any correspondence. Returns are at your own expense. Only the cost of the original item will be refunded or exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights. Replacement will be send second class.
