Due to HYGIENE REASONS, we will only Return goods in accordance with the policy set out as follows:
(Please note that, under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended), there's no legal requirement for us to provide a refund if you (the buyer) simply change your mind.)
If such an incident occurs, and we agree in writing to accept the return, a restocking fee of 10% will be deducted before any refund is issued. Along with this, Postage & Packaging charges will NOT be refundable.
In making a purchase from us, you are entering into a legal contract and agreeing that any returns will be in accordance to this contract and its policy.
To cancel an order, you must give notice in writing, within 7 working days of receipt of the goods.
You will be required to return the goods UNUSED – UNOPENED – UNTESTED – IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING and should be returned to us, via the recorded or signed for service.
Provided the goods are received according to the conditions said above, a restocking fee of 10% will be deducted before any refund is issued. Postage & Packaging charges are NOT refundable.
The criteria as follows must still be complied with: We should receive the goods back, UNUSED – UNOPENED – UNTESTED.
All items returned will be at the buyers own expense.
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, this is a legally binding contract and we are not obligated to cover any expenses of returning an item back to us.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure they send the goods via recorded or signed for service.
If goods are not received back and lost in transit, we are not responsible for that loss and a claim must be made from the courier chosen by the buyer. |
