Front cover --- Has less than expected wear, creasing, tanning and age stain marks, mostly around the edges and down the spine, along with the normal roughness at the edges associated with the type of paper used, with the long edge slightly more ragged due to few small nicks/cuts. Also, the spine has a number of stress lines along with a few horizontal tears while both the top and bottom right have corners have become ever-so-slightly dog-eared.
Back cover --- Showing less than expected wear, creasing and discolouration/tanning, mostly around the edges and down the spine, while the spine has a few small horizontal tears, slightly heavier at the bottom( and only) staple. Also, the top right hand corner has slightly more wear making it slightly dog-eared.
Spine ---Still quite solid and strong but starting to show expected wear at both ends along with small horizontal tears, slightly heavier at the bottom (and only) staple area.
Inside --- Clean and complete,apart from some expected light tanning, age stain marks,and normal roughness on the page edges, while some of the top and bottom edges have slightly heavier wear.
In a better than average condition for being over 40 years old,this issue features adventure strips Batman, The Hulk, Rubberman and The Legend Testers and humour strips The Man From Bungle,The Swots and the Blots,Bad Penny,Ronnie Rich,Charlie's Choice,The Nervs and Grimly Feendish.
