Goods may be returned to us within 7 days of receipt of the goods by you provided the following conditions are adhered to.
1. In the event that you wish to return goods to us for any reason ( e.g. defective or damasged goods etc ) you must first advise us of the reason for the return. You will be given a Returns Authorisation Number and you will be advised of a Nominated Return Address.
2. You must notify us in writing ( by e-mail , letter or fax ) if the goods that you wish to return are damaged , defective or not as specified BEFORE you return the goods. In this situation you must not return the goods to us until we confirm our return instructions to you in writing.
3. Office Furniture Store Limited or the product manufacturer may wish to arrange for an inspection of any damage or defects you have notified in order to ascertain how and when damage or defects were likely to have been caused .
4. Where Office Furniture Store Limited or the product manufacturer accepts that the goods supplied were defective or damaged at time of delivery or not as specified and you have followed our written return instructions we will be responsible for the costs of returning or collecting the goods , otherwise you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods.
5. Goods must be returned to the Nominated Return Address complete with all accessories , components , manuals and documentation.
6. Returned goods must be in a pristine resaleable condition except for any pre existing damage or defects that have already been notified to us and acknowledged by us in writing before the goods are returned.
7. All returned goods must be accompanied by documentation advising the Returns Authorisation Number.
8. We may reject returns that are incomplete or damaged beyond what has already been notified to us and acknowledged by us or which do not have a valid Returns Authorisation Number. |
