BRAND NEW SMALL WORLDBEATER make,(sister company to FAL), padded winter turnout neck cover to match the heavyweight turnout rugs in a bright navy. All the fittings and binding are pink with a navy trim. It has a 600 denier outer which is ripstop, breathable and fully waterproof. The inner lining is nylon, so will not rub the mane! It has 3 buckle fastening straps which fasten under the neck. It fastens to the rug "D" rings with elastic straps with a spring clip at the end. It has 1 of these on each side and in the middle at the top. This neck would fit to any rug with the 3 "D" rings.  The price is just £20!
