Returns

Any item that is deemed faulty can be returned for a full refund by the buyer within 14 days of buyer receiving the item.
Buyer must contact the Seller prior to this to make suitable arrangements for the returning of the item.
Any item being returned is recommended to be sent by recorded delivery if buyer is choosing to send the item by his or her own delivery method.
Buyer can arrange with sellers couriers to have returning item collected on prior agreement with seller.
Buyer is asked to communicate fully with seller on the returns item process.

Buyer is advised that if the item is being returned for any other reason than the the item being faulty,then buyer must pay for the postage costs.

If a claim is to be made against any transit damage,then buyer should also note that this can take up to 40 days to resolve,but we will try our hardest to have this done quicker.

We take photographs of all our items before they leave us to ensure that if a item is being returned or being claimed for on any transit damage, we will have the appropriate evidence to show how the item left us and also for the sake of any item that may be returned to us which we did not orignally send.

All  goods must be returned in their original packaging that they were sent out in,no exceptions,if found that any item has been thought to of been tampered with in any way the buyer will be asked to complete the transaction.
The buyer must respond to all emails sent by the seller regarding any issue within 7 days or the sale will be cancelled.
We the seller hold the right to cancel any transaction we think is fraudulent and will inform the appriopriate authorities.

We would also like to point out that if for any reason a dispute may arise,could the buyer please contact us first to settle the dispute.
