SLIM OAK ARTS & CRAFTS 6-DRAWER CHEST WITH CUPBOARD

A good oak slim chest of drawers dating from the Arts & Crafts era (1890-1910) with six drawers, a small cupboard and a galleried bookshelf which has the typical heart-shaped Arts & Crafts Movement pierced carving.

The gallery gives a 6" tall bookcase and the small cupboard below has a lock and key.

Beneath are six drawers with small round handles - the upper three drawers measure 6cm deep inside and the lower three measure 8.5cm deep inside.

This piece measures 11.75" wide x 6.75" deep and is 39" in height to the top of the gallery.

In solid and sturdy condition, no woodworm, a few character marks, as would be expected with a piece of this age.
