How it WorksBT Muscles

The FLEX BT shorts system targets gluteals, hamstrings & quadriceps (bottom and thigh) muscles. The beauty is that you don't need to place pads all over your legs. By using Slendertone's technology the FLEX BT can stimulate all the bum and thigh muscles, not just those under the shorts. The stimulation is applied to the areas where the muscle nerves are concentrated close together (See Diagram). A gentle signal is transmitted through the pads on the shorts to the femoral, sciatic and gluteal nerves.
