    The SLENDERTONE electrode pads ensure the electrical current from the belt passes safely and comfortably into your body. These replacement pads are brand new, in factory sealed bags. The pads will have a minimum of 12 months shelve life left. The instructions for use are included on the packaging. 

Flex is clinically proven to firm and tone your abs. So get that old flex belt out from your cupboard and start using it.  

The products are designed by Bio Medical Research (BMR).  BMR uses it's 40 years experience developing medical devices to bring you the Slendertone range – clinically proven muscle stimulation products.

How it Works

By using C.S.I. technology the Slendertone® belts can stimulate all the abdominal muscles, not just those under the belt. The stimulation is applied to the areas where the muscle nerves are concentrated close together. The electrodes are made from a special patented medical grade “hydro gel”. This gel is able to comfortably conduct electricity from the belt into your body.  

There are several layers in the gel. The layer beside the belt has stronger adhesive properties. This is so the pads stick to the belt more than your skin. In the centre there is a special carbon impregnated layer. This has a silver ink grid printed on it. This grid ensures that the electrical current is evenly spread over the electrode. The even spread of current prevents “Hot spots” and uncomfortable stinging.

The technology generates muscle contractions by stimulating the nerves that control your muscles (See Diagram).
