Payment must be received within seven (7) days of auction close. Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after seven (7) days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction. If you wish to combine multiple auctions for shipping, please make sure the closing dates from the first auction to the last auction are within seven days before submitting payment.

Your item will be professionally packaged with care and dispatched in a timely manner. All items are dispatched within two working days of cleared payment being received. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

90 Day Warranty

All of our items come with a 90 day warranty unless otherwise stated.

We have found with our years of experience that problems can occur during the setup which in most cases is easily solved by referring to the user guide or the manufacturer helpline phone number which is found in the user guide. Of course you can also contact us for any further technical advice.

If your item does develop a technical fault which can not be sorted out with the help of the technical support it can then be returned to us for repair, replacement or refund. Items will not be refunded if no fault is found or if you simply don’t like them, this could add additional costs to you as we will not refund any postage cost if this is the case. We will do our up most to try and solve any problems that you are experiencing quickly and efficiently.

However in the unlikely event that you need to return your item to us, we will recommend that you only return what needs to be returned thus keeping the cost down. Please obtain proof of postage on any item that is returned to us.
