No returns unless broken or damaged upon receipt. Due to the nature of the goods being sold, a'sold as seen' policy applies. Postage costs include all packaging. Please send payment within 5 days of auction end. In the extremely unlikely event of an item arriving broken and/or damaged during transit, we will seek compensation on your behalf from Royal Mail and refund the cost of the item up to the value limit set by Royal Mail which is currently £34. Items costing more than this amount will require additional insurance which must be requested at checkout when paying, the cost of which is to be added to the stated postage costs and price of the item and paid for by the buyer. We accept no liability as items are intact and securely packaged on dispatch. Please keep item and packaging until any claim is settled incase Royal Mail wish to inspect.
