This item is brand new, with the original box, and never played with!

Please note that this item is not part of the recall as it has already been replaced by Learning Curve. It has model number 0848WJ00 on bottom and this was issued after the recall (all items with the WJ or AJ notation as part of the model number were made after the recall). However, when sending back to get replaced, it had to be removed from package but only one slice in plastic packaging was made and thus it was able to be put back nicely into original package with character card. So if you want to give as a gift, most likely a child will not notice it was opened because adults need to cut the plastic on these packages to open them up anyway. Most replacements do not have package or card available unless it was saved as in this case.
