This is a beautifully shaped six sided ebonised wood Victorian Jewellery/Trinket box. It measures 5cms tall, 28cms in circ. and is 9cms in diameter. The lid is hinged and fully opens to reveal the base and lid both lined with the original maroon velvet material. The whole is beautifully carved in an intricate pattern, the base is plain and shows minute signs where the box has been sat on a hard surface, but no chips or nicks or cracks.
