Returns Policy.

Faulty/Damaged/Incorrect Goods
If the item in faulty/damaged condition, or we have sent the wrong item, you must inform us within 3 working days of receipt. We'll give you a returns authorisation code and a Freepost address to return the item to (we pay charges) As soon as we receive the item back, we will inspect the item and replace it by return post. Refunds are not available.
Unwanted/Incorrectly Ordered Goods
Upon receiving your goods you decide you don't want them, or you ordered the wrong thing you must inform us with 14 working days of receipt.
We will give you a returns authorisation code and address to return the item to - you must pay all costs for returning unwanted items. You have a legal obligation to return the goods in resaleable condition. As soon as we receive the item back, we will inspect the item and refund the original item cost. Refunds will be made to the payment method you originally used.
