They are such a good invention & I can highly recommend them.
You attach them to your handle bar (not suitable for use on buggies with two separate handle bars) using the very sturdy velcro fastening & then can hang bags etc from the hook which hangs down.
I always find there are not enough places to store the items when you are out and about so this item is a great solution to that problem.
It can hold bottles up to 1L in size as well as the smaller bottles / cups etc.
