You have seen the account programs on Ebay, designed by accountants and the like, dare say they are very good, only thing is you have to think like a accountant!

This simple program that I have put together really works a treat, it will go on into infinity, I have put you over 3 years of monthly accounts all blank ready for you to fill in.

If you want more simply copy and paste all the functions will still work. I have tried the accountants programs in the past, in a attempt to get all my sales into some kind of order, and you know what?.... A sub total of all the outgoings (automatic)

Ebay sales total Gross profit (Sales minus outgoings)

Actual money received Net profit (Money taken minus outgoings)

How you would work with it is very simple, don't worry about the above if you don't understand all you do is put a couple of entries a day in the columns and the program does all the work, all your outgoings like postage, stock, petrol, Ebay fees are entered into the outgoings, the sub total will add all the outgoings up automatically In the sales column you enter the total of the Ebay sales you have for the day, automatically a gross profit is calculated Gross profits can be a bit deceptive, because there are other out of sight items to consider, like paypal, most of you sales will be completed with paypal, but paypal charge, but how much?

Ever tried to download a month of paypal sales sheets,,, Yeh ok!

The best technique now I have found to get a net profit is this All checks, Postal Orders, Money Grams, Cash, Nochex and paypal withdrawals are 100% hard cash entries so you enter them into the Money Taken in column, automatically a net profit is generated

Any non payers will remain in the sales column and not have an effect on the net profit figure, the net profit will be a accurate trading net profit You can use all the features on excel like graphs if you like, but if you just want to see what you are doing in a flash them this is perfect
