Return policy
Goods which have been purchased incorrectly must be returned to us within 7 working days of receipt & must be returned in it original packaging & unused.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods & once inspected a refund for the goods will be issued. Original carriage charges will not be refunded in this instance.

Goods which are under warranty can also be returned to us during the warranty period. A full refund or replacement (if availalble) will be issued for goods that are returned within 7 working days. After this period we will repair the goods if possible or provide a replacement if not. If the customer is unable to return the goods we will inform you of your nearest warranty agent (powertools only).

The cost of the warranty return is again at the cost of the buyer and to send the item back & refunds for the original carriage will not be given.
