returns accepted within 7 working days of receipt.
Lost or damaged in transit items are covered by insurance included in postage charges and buyer may be contacted by Royal Mail/Courier to confirm non-receipt/damage. In the event of damage, all packaging and contents should be returned to seller to enable claim. The item will then be replaced or refunded if no further stock is available.
Faulty goods will be exchanged (or refunded if further stock is unavailable), and:
- return postage will be refunded to buyer
- RETURNS MUST BE SENT BY RECORDED DELIVERY and the buyer is responsible for making a claim to Royal Mail should the item be lost or damaged in transit back to the seller (Royal Mail regulations).
OTHER RETURNS (ie bought in error, change of mind, wrong size etc)
- full refund/exchange will only be made if:
the item is unopened/still sealed/boxed and in original as sold condition - unmarked/unused/undamaged.
- I will NOT accept unsealed items for return if they were sold as sealed.
- the amount of £1 will be kept back for relisting fee
- buyer will pay all return postage recorded delivery only. |
