For an additional £1.50 we will gift wrap your item in appropriate paper and post it to the person of your choice. To take advantage of this service, once you have made your purchase request an invoice and email us and we will simply add £1.50 to your postage costs.

We post our orders daily Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) and dispatch usually within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

Our preferred method of payment is PayPal or postal orders. We also accept credit cards or cheques. Please note that if you pay by PayPal or postal orders your order will be dispatched as soon as payment is received. Payment by cheque can will delay the receipt of the goods until the cheque has cleared usually five working days. Please note: we are unable to accept overseas money orders.

We strive to answer all email questions the same day or within 24 hours of receipt.

We do accept returns but we will not refund postage and will charge 5% handling fee to cover PayPal and Ebay costs. Goods must be returned in the original packaging and in the condition received.
