This is a Navajo silver and turquoise cuff by silversmith Alfred Martinez.
The triple shank cuff has a beautiful, oval turquoise stone is bezel set, shadowbox style in a fancy, carved silver edging. It measures 5 and 3/4 of an inch in length plus a 1 inch gap and it's adjustable. It's stamped sterling and has Alfred's mark on the back.
