The standard Silver Rod 1/2 wave is a popular and economic home base antenns for the CB bands.

Made for us here in the UK it is supplied with all necessary fasteners plus antenna brackets for fitting directly to your mast. Easily tuned, you just assemble it to its markings, the Silver Rod has a decent bandwidth with around 4 dB gain.

Around 16' when fully assembled, not as often assumed 18' since the base section always incorporates some coil winding ! Good up to 500 watts input.
