Here at ‘Silver 925 Gems’ we deal with manufacturers from different countries and try to source as many different and unique pieces of jewellery. The majority of our jewellery is 925 silver. Some of our pieces are one of a kind. As you can see from the photographs that they are pictures of the actual item and not taken from a catalogue. POSTAGE, SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES

Uk £2.99 for the first item and then £1.99 per additional item.

International £3.49 for first item and then £1.99 per additional item.

Please be aware of the above charges before bidding. We charge the above postage costs for a reason.

The fee covers all stationary costs involved in the processing of your item(s). We have to pay for stationary (paper, ink cartridges, pens , markers, labels) and all item(s) are sent in a bubble lined envelope to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Also we have to take into account the overheads involved, we have to lease franking machines, pay staff to pack the envelopes and pay for their time and petrol to deliver the packets to the post office.

Some people just see the stamps on the parcel and do not realise how much cost is involved in getting your jewellery to you.

All items are sent 1^st class post.

We only post Monday to Friday.

Postage will be within 1 working day or cleared payment being received.

Payments received on Friday/Saturday/Sunday will result in your item(s) being posted on Monday.

We will email you to confirm when the parcel has been posted.

COMBINED SHIPPING

You can combine all of your purchases within 7 days of your first purchase to take advantage of reduced shipping costs. To take advantage of this all of your items must be paid for together.

ITEMS LOST IN THE POST

Unfortunately Royal Mail do lose the occasional item. If your order is lost in the post please be aware Royal Mail will not allow a claim to be made until 15 working days from postage has passed. Once the 15 days has passed we will refund you the purchase price of the item or if we have one send you a replacement. You will be refunded for your lost item but we cannot do this until the 15 days have passed.

POSTAGE ADDRESS

If you pay by Paypal we will only post to the Paypal supplied address. Please ensure before paying that the address on there is correct as we will not be held responsible for a wrong or undeliverable address.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

We do our best to give a true representation of our jewellery. Sometimes because of enlarging the photos and also because of different settings of individual monitors there are possible slight variations of colour.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us and let us know. You may return it for a refund providing it is returned to us unused and in the original packaging. Upon receipt of the item we will refund you the purchase price. All items must be returned to us within 14 days of original posting.
