I am very sorry but due to complete time wasters ruining the spirit of eBay, I have been forced to impose the following Terms & Conditions:
1 .Sorry but NO CHEQUES for small amounts – paypal & postal orders only. (if you spend more than £50 please email as I may accept a cheque but item not sent out for 10 days after cheque in bank)
2 .On completion of the Auction, payment by PayPal must be received within 5 days and postal order within 6 (this is more than enough time via 1st class post).
3. International Bidders to pay via PAYPAL only Including Southern Ireland and Isle of White.
4. After 5 days I will send a reminder email / Invoice for your item.
5 .If no contact is made following reminder email, a Non Paying Bidder report will be filed.
6 .Please Note: WINNING BIDS MUST BE PAID FOR - NO EXCEPTIONS!
7 .Non Paying Bidder reports will be filed with eBay for ANY Auctions not paid for.
8 .Where possible items are dispatched within 48hrs - however please allow up to 7 days.
9. All of our items are sent via Royal Mail or Air Mail, we do not accept any liability for items “lost in the post”, this very rarely happens but if it does we are always happy to assist you. We obtain post office receipt’s for 1 month from postage date and we will gladly send you a copy of this for you to investigate further with Royal Mail themselves. If you are at all concerned about this we are happy to send item via Special Delivery which is insured but Note: Recorded Delivery is for tracking purposes only and is used for proof of delivery only.
10. If you require insurance/compensation on valuables and items of jewellery, I can send via 'Special Delivery' but this will incur an extra cost
11. ALL ITEMS ARE VERY WELL PACKED - I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LOST/DAMAGED IN THE POST IF INSURANCE OPTION IS NOT PAID FOR/USED.
We accept returns for a credit, or refund within 7 days of the item(s) ship date only if item is not as described. I DONOT ACCEPT RETURN JUST COS YOU DON’T LIKE IT OR IT’S NOT WHAT YOU THOUGHT, items are described and pictured well. Items MUST be in their original condition, not worn or altered. We DO NOT reimburse the postage or return shipping. If we feel that the return policy is being abused we reserve the right to refuse any credit or refund |
