ABOUT THE PLANT YOU ARE BUYING STUNNING SILVER TROPICAL DATE PALM TREE "Phoenix Sylvestris" Silver Date Palm. You are buying a 1 year old SEEDLING of this, Stunning, Palm. The Leafs turn Silvery green as it matures. All Leaves are green presently. As it gets larger the leaves will take on the Silvery Sheen. The Photo shows a mature Palm, showing you what the palm will look like in a few years time. and not the small seedling you are buying. The young palm is in a 8cm deep palm pot and is approx 15cm [6"] tall at present. It will be removed from the pot for shipping, and carefully packed. GENERAL INFORMATION & CULTIVATION NOTES This is a must have Palm for any Garden, or Patio. A rare palm with a beautiful glaucous grey/silver sheen to the leaves as it matures. This palm is Hardy to -3C when it gets larger and needs a sheltered dry spot with protection from Frost during Winter, or bringing Indoors If you have any queries please ask.
