ITEMS NOT RECIVED...POLICY!!!

i send all items 1st class recorded delivery and keep all proof of posting.if a item  isnt delivered for some reason, not picked up form p/o. it comes back to me as has return to sender address on the back...unfortunatley lately i have noticed that a few items are not coming back to me, buyers are saying not recived and ive tracked and items not being signed for....most ebayers are honest, but there are some out these that are not, so im sorry to say if an item doesnt come back to me and doest get sigend for/delivered then i am sorry to say i can not be held responsable,I WILL NOT REFUND /REPLACE. i will send you a claims form so that you can claim with post office, sorry to say this is the only way i can seperate the very honest from the dishonest!(may be then the dishonest people who has item and not signed for will then think twice about trying to get another item out of me free of charge/refund for sometimg that they have had!) if your not happy with these conditions then please do not bid/buy many thanks
