About Us

We are a UK based company in Essex. We sell electrical goods at wholesale prices. Offering Video Game Accessories, MP3 Players to CCTV and much more at fantastic prices.

Payment

The following methods of payment are accepted:  PayPal, Cheque, Postal Order, Bank Transfer and Credit/Debit card payments (depending on the checkout you have been directed too).

Paying by Cheque or Postal Order?
If you want to mail your payment you can either send us postal orders (sent Royal Mail Recorded Delivery ONLY) or a personal cheque.  Simply send your payment along with a copy of your order to the address below.  It takes approximately 5 working days to clear a cheque, after which we will post your purchase ASAP.

All UK and EC transactions are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations 2000. 

If upon delivery your item is damaged or faulty you can return it to us for a replacement or refund provided you return it within 14 days of delivery. If you are unhappy with your item for any other reason, you have the right to return it for a refund less (P & P) (UK and EU only) within 14 days of delivery. 

We will refund the purchase price provided the item is returned complete and as new (including packaging and manual), unused and has all seals and protective covers intact. If you have used the item, broken seals or removed any protective covers then you are not entitled to a refund under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. However, we will usually offer a partial refund based on the condition of goods returned. 

All refunds will usually be made by reversing your original payment within 7 days and at the latest within 30 days of receiving your returned item. 

If this item is found to be defective within 30 days of receipt, please return it to us in its original packaging and we will replace. Replacements will usually be sent within 72 hours but can take up to 7 days from receipt of your returned item. We will contact you if we are awaiting delivery of new stock. 

If the item becomes defective after 30 days and within the 12 month warranty period, please return it to us and we shall arrange for the item to be repaired and returned to you. 

The warranty covers defective materials or workmanship, but does not cover misuse, wilful damage or normal wear and tear.

You MUST use a method of posting that is track able, for example Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery. We are not responsible for any items that go missing in the delivery system. 

You must pay all return postage costs and they will not be refunded by us. 

It is also your responsibility to ensure that reasonable care is taken of any goods received and to restore them to us in a new and unused condition. You should therefore ensure that they are well packed as missing parts or broken packages will have to be paid for.
