A brand new oversized softcover book of 230 pages with b&w photos and maps. Hand signed by the author.

Highly acclaimed account of the Northumbrian Division through the Sicily landings, and then to Normandy. The battle descriptions in this book are quite fantastic. The author has made extensive use of interviews and manuscripts built up over many years. The Primosole Bridge battle is described in detail as is the action in June 1944 both on Gold Beach and at Villers Bocage.
