The Siemens Optiset E Advance Plus Phone for the HiCom™ telephone system is equipped with a headset and PC connection, for use in a call center environment. The Optiset E Advance Plus offers the user the same level of features as the Hicom Optiset E Standard plus two adapter sockets.


The Siemens Optiset E Expansion DSS provides an extra 16 Direct Station Select / Busy Lamp fields for Optiset E Advance Plus and Optiset E Memory phones. The addition of the Siemens Optiset E Expansion DSS to one of these telephones increases the direct dial capacity for ease of supervision more efficient day to day call management. The Optiset E Expansion DSS is one of a range of simple and effective plug-in modules, designed to provide custom connection facilities for a range of Optiset E telephones.
