HOW TO MAKE

THIS TEA IS MADE AS A DECOCTION

USE:

  20g  of Siberian Gingseng Herb

750ml:  of cold water

Put the herbs into a saucepan , cover with the cold water and bring to the boil.

Simmer for about 20 minutes, until the liquid is reduced by about one-third.

Then strain the liquid through a sieve into a jug. Then cover the jug and store in a cool place.

You can drink hot or cold.

1 Cup can be taken 3 times a day
