SI I Open Pontil Umbrella









Embossed SII on the base in aqua.  No damage except a micro nibble on the lip, clean with no stain and whittled.  I believe the SII is the type, color, or consistency of ink.  I have heard that SI stands for Senate Ink, and I am listing one of those also along with an SIII, so the additional "I"s may  eliminate that possibility.
