Diamond Shapes

Diamonds come in many shapes and sizes. These shapes are shown in the diagram below.

Diamond Cuts

Diamonds are cut in a certain way in order to maximise their sparkle. If the diamond is cut too shallow, the light will be lost at the bottom. If it is too deep, the light escapes from the sides, causing the diamond to shine less. The ideal cut is best for reflecting the light the best way.

Q) Are these real diamonds?
A) Yes. All of our diamonds are 100% real and naturally earthed
and untreated - unless otherwise stated.

Q) Do you provide any certification?
A) Some of our items include an EGL (European Gemological Laboratory) certificate. EGL is a well known and respected company that researches and studies diamonds. These certificates will include the carat weight, colour and clarity of the diamond ring.
Other than the EGL certificate, we can provide an appraisal - upon request.

Q) What is a hallmark, and do your rings have them?
A) It is a legal requirement for UK sellers to have their rings Hallmarked. The hallmark stamp guarantees the gold purity and shows where it was stamped.
All of our gold rings are hallmarked at the London Assay Office.

Q) This ring is not my size, can you resize it?
A) Yes. Simply tell us the size you require and we will have it done within 2-3 working days.

Q) Do I have to pay VAT if i live in France?
A) Yes. All customers with the European Union including UK will have to pay VAT. If you live in USA,Canada,Australia,Newzealand or any other non EU countries, this would not apply to you.

Q) Do you accept refunds?
A) If for any reason you are not satisfied with the ring, please let us know and we will try to satifsy your needs. If you are still not happy, we will refund your money. Please read our refund conditions for more.

Q) How do I know that I can trust you?
A) We are professional sellers and have been selling diamond rings on ebay for quite a while. If you have any doubts, please check our feedback and read the comments left by all our happy customers.

Q) Why should I buy from you not from high street jeweller?
A) High street jeweller's mark up 300% to 700% margin (depending on location of the shop) on the whole sale price but we sell on whole sale prices.

Q) How fast is your shipment?
A) Generally we ship the orders with 48 hours.

Q) Can I pay with my credit/debit card?
A) We accept credit/debit card payments through Paypal only at the moment. Please go to www.paypal.com for more information.
