Shipping Details
Our shipping charges include; the cost of shipment; the cost of packing materials; wages for our packing staff, insurance and the current rate of VAT. For the avoidance of doubt - VAT is INCLUDED in the quoted shipping amount.
We will offer combined shipping provided the items are purchased within a 5 day window - please contact us for details prior to bidding. (Please note some items will be too heavy/bulky to combine).
For most items under one kilo we ship via Royal Mail. Otherwise we use either 24 or 48 hour couriers. Items shipped on pallets will take between 48 and 72 hours.
Your items are usually shipped within 48 hours of your payment clearing. If you have not received them within 5 days of your payment clearing please email us on ebay@xsitems.com or customer support telephone on 0845 200 8370.
Please ensure you check the packaging carefully before signing for the delivery. If you have any doubts please sign for it as 'unchecked' or as damaged. This is essential to support any damage claim against the courier. In addition, please keep the original packaging materials.
Items can be picked up with prior agreement; Tuesday to Friday; 9.30-16.30. As we are an internet based delivery company we charge a £5.00 pick up fee to cover additional overhead costs relating to pick ups.
If you are picking your item up we only accept cash - any PayPal payment will be refunded. Pick ups required within 5 days of purchase otherwise storage fees will apply at £10/day. Opening times; Tuesday to Friday 9.30-16.30.
Courier UK shipping costs quoted are to the UK mainland only. A courier surcharge of £5/box will apply for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, the Channel Islands, Northern Scotland, Scottish Highlands and Islands and the Scilly Isles. Royal Mail charges are for across the UK.
For shipping costs to any other location, please contact us before bidding for a specific quote.

We will dispatch items as soon as funds have cleared our bank account.
We operate an automatic Unpaid Item Process which will take effect if an item remains unpaid after 4 days. We will relist the item after 7 days therefore it may not be available for sale. Please check with us before paying. If you receive an Unpaid Item Strike, the item will have been relisted. Please do not attempt to complete the transaction.
Other Notes
Returns: The seller warrants to you that the goods will materially conform with the descriptions given in the listing and that the seller agrees and is able to sell the goods to you.
Goods purchased via auction may only be returned for 'mis-description' if you notify us by email within 7 days of receiving the goods setting out why the goods are mis-described. Returns must be pre-agreed. If the item is found to be 'as described' the purchaser may be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us as well as the original postage.
Goods purchased via fixed price listings may be returned if you notify us by email within 7 days of receiving the goods and return them within 14 days. Returns must be pre-agreed. If the item is as described the purchaser may be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us as well as the original postage.
If an item is delivered in its original packaging, it will need to be returned in the same packaging and condition - please do not dispose of it as we cannot accept returns that are not returned in this way.
Items that are picked up cannot be returned - please inspect them thoroughly before taking away.

Any Goods you purchase from this listing are purchased from the seller whose Goods we are storing. We use all reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of descriptions of Goods provided to us by the seller but may not have inspected the Goods prior to dispatch to you.

We exclude liability for all warranties and conditions, express or implied, by statute or otherwise to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not accept liability for economic or consequential loss of any kind, including loss of profit whether arising from negligence or otherwise.
We reserve our right to all copyright in images and text depicted in this listing. Our liability to any purchaser or any third party claiming through any purchase is limited to the sale price of the Goods purchased or, if less, £100.
