New, sealed and unbuilt.

Ref No : FBG11

A neat model of the massive 21cm Langer Morser Heavy Mortar.

 

Despite being designed in 1916, the Langer Morser was upgraded in 1934-1935 with 28 still in service at the outbreak of WWII. It's short barrel gave it a limited range while it's weight forced the weapon to be transported by two separate horse teams. They remained in service until 1942 before they were replaced by the 21cm Morser 18 Heavy Gun "Brummbar".

 

Metal kit

Whether for wargamming or just building for display this brand new kit is a beauty. Not to be missed.
